Personal

Nobody can replace your personal writing, but we can find any aspects of your writing that requires clarification and correction of grammar or spelling. An important caveat is that when you use our services for research papers (such as for university submissions) we cannot ethically change content or correct any aspect of the underlying research. All we can do is to make sure that it is worded correctly to avoid misunderstanding and misinterpretation.

Composition

Optionally we can transform an outline of the message you want to write into a professionally created letter or document. Whatever opinion you have of a first impression, your letter provides that first impression, whether it reflects a sales proposal, or a response to a complaint, or any other letter you write to reflect your message. If it does not land, you do not get a second chance.

• An important caveat for “composition” is writing formal term papers, or dissertation, or any other writing that is intended for the recipient to see your expertise in communication, including submissions related to job opportunities. You must be completely up-front about this, so you don’t get yourself into difficulties due to how this is interpreted. While written submissions to explain work experience may be accepted, it cannot be used as an example of your writing abilities without causing problems.

The issue of proper composition can be critical for people with English as their second language: they have verbal fluency but may lack ability to transform their message into effective writing. Outsourcing composition is a practical way to overcome this barrier and get prospects in the door, from which point you can continue the selling process through conversation.

This service includes creating form letters and templates that you can re-use to reach out to different prospects in the same avatar category (including the demographics and psychographics of any group of people you want to address in writing, including email templates). You can customize each communication by inserting the prospect’s name and other relevant particulars in a message, so it comes across as personalized to each individual recipient.
