Social Media

Many companies now want to use social media to generate awareness of the products and/or services they offer. It is a nice idea, but it also generates a lot of work to keep posting and to keep your followers interested in keeping up with your latest information. Even more so than with conventional media, you must follow a regular publication schedule. The nature of the posts may depend on the specific media you are focused on:

LinkedIn Posts

LinkedIn is a membership-based site focused on professional subscribers. One purpose of LinkedIn is to allow registered users to maintain a list of contact details of people with whom they have a relationship or connection. Users can invite anyone (whether a site user or not) to become a connection to grow a large (and supposedly professional) network. However, you cannot arbitrarily invite people at random and be noted as a “spammer”, which can cause your account to be restricted or closed.

This list of connections can be used mostly for business-like networking and research. LinkedIn offers different opportunities to get noticed: this requires a little more finesse to make sure you get your mileage out of participating in the networking process. The information following on this website is intended to provide business-like content that can play a major role in your advertising strategy by highlighting what you offer.

Any advertising strategy requires many dimensions to be effective. Due to the nature of Linked in we must be somewhat low-key about advertising, but if done properly with links to your website for optional additional information, it can be quite effective. To represent your business-to-business clients, it can be beneficial to generate informative posts that get noticed. We can work with you to decide on the schedule and content that you want to work with.

Maintaining a presence on social media can take a big chunk out of your available time. Many business owners are reluctant to invest in having an online presence. Note that working on your behalf requires that we have full access to operate under your name.
